Really succinct and clear article on how to live an amazing life! As someone who has also studied PERMA, I’m always curious to know how spirituality and religion plays into the model. I think it definitely fits into positive emotions and meaning, but I also think it could be interwoven amongst them all

Very detailed and insightful article! After reading, I have some key self-reflective questions to better understand my own goals, interests, and purpose, as well as understanding the intertwine between the pillars. I really appreciated the Pablo Picasso quote, it reminded me of the parable of the Talents in Matthew 25:14-30! Also a firm believer in everything in life starts with your mindset and your actions second. Your actions follow your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas, and exemplifies how important the Mindset is in unlocking our potential. Really great stuff, looking forward to the next one!

A well-written and thorough article on a eudaimonistic life! It almost feels like so much to handle, but it's truly 9 simple pieces of a puzzle that seem to manifest themselves as you take on one or two and the rest almost done naturally as they bleed into one another, and it becomes a flow state of sorts. I am particularly drawn to the point you made at the end about nurturing ourselves so that we may be "better equipped to uplift and serve others." Over the years I've come to believe you *must* take care of, challenge, and grow yourself in order to serve others because you cannot pour from an empty cup. Great stuff! Excited to see more of your work ahead!
